
After-Sales Service
Our after-sales service is provided throughout France by our partner repairers.
You call us to notify us of the failure, we diagnose, with you, the problem, we call one of our partners servicer, or by a shift in you, or in the partner shop near you.
The replacement of parts and labor, is entirely at our expense for the duration of the warranty (2 years).
We have been voted the best on the internet for our after-sales service.

Satisfied or Refunded
In order to ensure that you will be fully satisfied with our products, we will allow you a period of 30 days from the date of shipment of your order, to return the bike or the product.
You have always the possibility to return the electric bike at our expense.
We commit ourselves to refund you as soon as your order you are not satisfied fully for whatever reason
The return postage for the exchange will be at our expense. In case of return of product(s) without the exchange, the price of the products will then be refunded in full.
Before any return, you must contact the after-sales service or our telephone hotline or by email to contact@veloelectriquefrance.fr to get a good return.
The parcel must be in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals...) in as-new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, return form and include a bank identity statement (RIB)

Secure Payment
The bank LCL has implemented this offer SHERLOCK'S whose purpose is to collect, secure, monitor, record, and re-recovery of the payment transactions performed by card on the Internet and on the mobile internet.

Payment in 4 times
You can pay on our website by card blue up to 4 times without fees

Bank Transfer
To pay for your order by bank transfer, please contact us. This payment method is an alternation to any person who does not have the possibility to buy on the internet using a credit card.

By cheque
With the payment by cheque, the order will only be confirmed once the cheque is received and that it will be cashed. After receipt of your cheque, it takes 5 days to the time of the pos for your order to be processed. Please do not forget to indicated on the back of your cheque your order number which will be provided to you after you have placed your order you will also receive this information by email. The payment will be made at one time.

Service Delivery
- The delivery of the electric bicycle is free for the purchase of an electric bike on our site.
- All of our bikes are delivered assembled and ready to use (with the exception of the handlebar, basket,saddle, and pedals) , however you have the possibility to recover in our shop if you would like to have a custom setting.
- The delivery time is in average between 5 and 7 days.
- An email is sent to you each step of the process of delivery
- Once the parcel sent, we will send you by e-mail with number of tracking for the tracking number of your parcel.
- The carrier you call to make an appointment for you to arrange a delivery date.
- All parcels are oversized and protected to prevent shock.
